I'm reading a book about how a former CEO for Parker Brothers, Lenox China and World Vision, Richard Stearns, discusses VISION CASTING.

He says that there are four parts to the process: defining the CURRENT REALITY, articulating the DESIRED FUTURE, identifying the way FORWARD and then most importantly OWNING THE VISION!

This is very important for USAPeople as we move toward the DESIRED FUTURE as a SUPER PAC.

The CURRENT REALITY is that we are very small with few subscribers.

The DESIRED FUTURE is having at least 10,000 subscribers within 6 to 8 months.

Most important is how WE move towards that VISION.
