All you have to do to make the Federal Government smaller is examine whether the actions of any individual agency are contrary to the intent of the Constitution, and if so, they are not legitimate and should be dismantled. This perspective was forgotten gradually over our nation's history, and the administrative State has replaced governance with bureaucracy. Those days have been put behind us with a competent President at the helm, and I suspect more agencies will fall before he is done. This President understands what was lost in this country in terms of sovereignty and how to make the government abide by the Constitution as a victory for We the People.
